Amazing Stay-Definitely Coming Back!

electronic safe large balcony walk-in shower

My room included a mini fridge and a free electronic safe. I also had a large balcony. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower!!!

The rooms were too hot. I could not figure out how to turn off the television.

The hotel is away from the main tourist area. This offers a quieter setting, but it is still close enough. It is a decent walk to main attractions and beaches!!!

uneven floor slippery floor

the room had issues. the floor was uneven with wide gaps between the wooden slates. this caused my daughter to hurt her feet. also, the shower leaked a lot. this should be addressed immediately.

helpful staff central location room fridge weak air conditioning noisy guest early breakfast

the staff were very helpful. they quickly addressed any questions i had. the room included a fridge. this was great for keeping drinks cold. the location was excellent, very central. it made exploring easy.

The air conditioning in my room was not very strong. it struggled to keep the room cool, even when set to the highest setting. some other guests were noisy at night. this disturbed my sleep a little. breakfast finished a bit early for me. By 9:40 am some items were already being removed.

Acceptable stay with issues

The location was quite good. It was a short walk to the main strip.

The staff was rude. They refused to change my room despite my complaints about the noise. Then, i asked for clean towels, but i was told it was too late. I found this unacceptable.

fantastic hotel experience!

helpful staff good room sunny balcony many choices

i really liked it here. the staff was so friendly and helpful. i got a good size room with a balcony that had sunshine. also, breakfast had much choices. i am glad i stayed here.

the pool area could use a few more umbrellas.

the hotel offers indoor pool access, but you need to buy a swim cap there for 2 euros. the hotel has nice pools. a luggage storage area makes things easier.

free safe tasty food

The food was REALLY tasty!!! I loved the many choices available at both breakfast and dinner. My room had a mini fridge. a free electronic safe, super useful.

The hotel pictures I saw online were not completely accurate.
